BRT Property Management is a family owned and operated rental management company in central Illinois between Peoria and Bloomington. BRT leases 50 clean and well kept rental properties in Deer Creek and Eureka for people who are looking for a place to call home.  BRT has 26 Townhomes and 6 duplex units in Deer Creek and 18 duplex units in Eureka. These two small towns are about 10 minutes from each other and are located half way between Peoria and Bloomington.  

Brian and Rich Schieler are brothers and owners of these fine properties.  BRT takes great pride in offering affordable, safe, and clean places for people to live in great locations.  Property Managers, Bob (Brian's son) and Ashley Schieler have years of professional experience in managing the properties and care about the people who live there. The Schieler family wants those who live in these fine properties to feel comfortable and have a wonderful experience living there. They should...it's a place called home!

BRT has a vast number of tenants that commute to Peoria and Bloomington every day and is one of the reasons why they choose BRT.  A perfect location!  Approximately 20 -30 minutes to both Peoria or Bloomington, it's very convenient with two cities to choose from for work, shopping, dining, fun, and more.  Small home town living at its best!
