information with any outside source beyond verifying the information you have submitted.

**We require a credit score of at least 600 to rent any property.**

    If yes, please be aware of the smoking/vaping policy:  Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in any indoor or outdoor area of the entire property.   The term "smoking" means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette or other tobacco product, marijuana, illegal substance, in any manner or in any form. 
    I have read this entire application and all of the above information is true and correct. If any of the above information is false, I agree that my entire deposit may be forfeited.   I hereby authorize VCF PROPERTIES, LLC. or its agents to investigate my past history for the purpose of determining approval of this application for rental of the property indicated. This consent includes any history of residence, employment, and credit. I authorize any past property managers or landlords to provide VCF PROPERTIES, LLC with any information related to past residence history. I understand this application is void after thirty (30) days.
    VCF PROPERTIES, LLC does not discriminate in the leasing of a dwelling house, flat, or apartment against prospective tenants who have children under the age of 14 years; nor on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
