Q. What is the length of your lease agreement?
A. 1 year.
Q. What happens when the lease is over?
A. You may be offered other lease options, if not you will automatically transition to a month to month agreement.
Q. How much is the security deposit?
A. It is the same as one months rent.
Q. What is the method of payment for the security deposit?
A. We accept cash or check.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, if they are approved by management. A pet agreement is required along with a monthly fee $25/cat, $50/dog added to rent. We do not accept pit bulls or other aggressive breeds.
Q. Do I pay for utilities?
A. Yes. You are responsible for paying electric, gas (where applicable), and water. Ask us about our low monthly utility costs.
Q. Can I hang pictures and decorations on the walls?
Q. Do you allow smoking?
A. No. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the homes and anywhere on the property.
Q. Do you have your own maintenance staff to fix any problems or issues that may arise?
A. Yes. We will take care of any issues as quickly as possible.
Q. Will the place be cleaned before I move in?
A. Yes. We do maintenance work, cleaning, and assess the homes before you move in to assure that you will be satisfied with the home.
Q. What is the method of paying the rent?
A. We accept cash, check, or it can be automatically withdrawn from your bank account free of charge.
Q. When is rent due?
A. Rent is due on the first business day of each month.
Q. Is there a fee if I move out before my 1 year lease agreement ends?
A. Yes. There is a termination fee of one month's rent that is due before you move out.
Q. Is there a cable jack in bedrooms and in living room for Internet and TV?
Q. Are there smoke detectors and fire extinguishers provided in all the homes for our safety?
Q. Can I have satellite/Dish TV?
A. Yes. Although the dish can not be mounted to the building structure.
